Halloween Weekend at The Assemblage Studio in DePere, Wisconsin started off like any other Halloween Weekend, with a few tricks. A trick of nature, RAIN and lots of it here in Atlanta and that caused Delta to CANCEL my flight. Not good omens on any other weekend, but this was Halloween Weekend and we all took it in stride. Everything else was simply magical and a total treat! I had the honor of being the first artist to visit Teresa's Giffords Assemblage Studio, Gallery and Shop, and, I'm told, the first to hold a workshop that far north of the Mason Dixon line. Being with these talented and warm hearted ladies was truly and honor, and I know that no one anywhere has ever received a nicer welcome!
